PMR Healthcare is seeking an experienced and driven Multi-Site Healthcare Practice Manager to oversee operations across multiple employer-based clinics in the Meridian and Nampa, Idaho area. This is a dynamic leadership role that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and employee wellness.

Location

This role is hybrid/remote, but requires significant travel within the regionup to 75% of the time. Candidates must either reside in the region or be willing to relocate to this region.

Key Responsibilities

As a Multi-Site Healthcare Practice Manager, you will report to the PMR Regional Operations Manager and lead the daily operations of multiple clinics. Key responsibilities include:

• Staff Leadership & Scheduling: Manage clinical teams, schedule staff for optimal coverage, provide performance feedback, and oversee hiring/training.
• Regulatory Compliance & Safety: Ensure a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to HIPAA/HITECH and all applicable regulations.
• Inventory & Supplies: Maintain appropriate stock levels, manage orders and audits to ensure efficiency and minimize waste.
• Budget Oversight: Support clinic budgeting processes and contribute to cost-effective decision-making and performance.
• Clinic Promotion & Engagement: Enhance clinic reputation by supporting patient education initiatives and delivering outstanding service to clients.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with technology, equipment, and EMR systems to support ongoing clinic improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in healthcare, healthcare management, or business
  • 5+ years of management experience in a primary care clinic setting may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Clinical background (CMA, RN, LPN, MA, Paramedic)
• Key Skills:
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • EMR experience ; Athena EMR is a bonus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Willingness and ability to travel locally between clinic sites in Meridian and Nampa
