A leading General Contractor specializing in healthcare and higher education construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, fast-paced projects throughout California, Arizona, and Nevada. We are looking for a proactive and collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering excellence on every project.

Key Objectives:

  • Manage projects of varying size, including those regulated by OSHPD and local jurisdictions.

  • Optimize project efficiency, safety, quality, and performance.

  • Utilize project controls to meet milestones and budget targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams with integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

  • Drive project progress through strong planning, time management, and resource allocation.

  • Foster team collaboration and support development through mentorship and training.

  • Oversee contracts, budgets, schedules, and documentation with precision.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Monitor and adjust performance metrics to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Engage in field coordination and job site visits as needed.

  • Ensure quality standards and compliance, especially in healthcare settings.

  • Support project engineers and field staff in delivering project goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Demonstrated experience in design-build projects.

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Structural Engineering, and 6–10 years of OSHPD experience
    — OR —
    10–15 years of OSHPD or hospital facilities experience without a degree.
