About the Role:
As a Healthcare Architect at Paradigm Engineers and Constructors PLLC, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of healthcare facilities. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your expertise in healthcare design and construction will be essential in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the unique needs of patients, staff, and visitors.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare design and construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience working with LEED and other sustainable design standards
- Experience with BIM software
- Experience working with healthcare providers and/or medical equipment vendors
- Professional licensure as an architect
Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the construction of healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and medical offices
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
- Develop and present design proposals, including detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure that healthcare facilities comply with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to safety, accessibility, and infection control
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in healthcare design and construction
Skills:
As a Healthcare Architect, you will use your expertise in healthcare design and construction to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the unique needs of patients, staff, and visitors.
