Job Overview
The Health Systems Sales Director builds and expands Brook’s commercial relationships with hospitals, integrated health systems, and large medical groups. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Director develops and executes a regional/ direct sales strategy focused on new business and strategic growth with health system clients. This role combines consultative selling, executive-level relationship building, solution design, and deal execution across lengthy enterprise sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to build Brook adoption and drive revenue across target health systems and hospital groups.
- Generate pipeline and own the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, and presenting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build, nurture, and manage executive relationships with C-suite and decision-makers at current and prospective clients.
- Lead consultative needs assessments and solutioning in partnership with Brook clinical, product, and operations teams.
- Accurately forecast and report opportunity progress, pipeline metrics, and revenue projections using Brook’s CRM.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for new revenue, client acquisition, and market expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, clinical, and legal teams to support implementation and early client growth.
- Represent Brook at conferences, industry events, and digital health forums to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
- Stay abreast of market, regulatory, and reimbursement trends affecting health system partnerships and remote care adoption.
Qualifications
- 7+ years enterprise sales experience in digital health, healthcare technology, or clinical services to hospital/health system buyers.
- Track record of building and closing multi-year deals with C-level executives, hospital administrators, and medical group leadership.
- Deep understanding of health system operations, payer mix, regulatory issues, and digital care innovation trends.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, executive influence, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot); proficiency in virtual presentation and sales enablement tools.
- BA/BS or clinical credentials .

This position is not eligible for relocation or visa sponsorship. Candidates must live within a commuting distance from the office. This is a hybrid role, onsite in the office required weekly and remote.

Healthcare
Brook pays for all of our full-time employees and their child/children to have health insurance at 100%. This means no premium payments come out of your pay for Medical, Dental or Vision insurance. Brook also pays 50% of premiums for your spouse or domestic partner’s coverage.
If an employee enrolls in the HSA (Health Savings Account)-eligible medical plan, Brook makes an immediate $800.00 contribution to further defray medical costs, i.e. deductibles, Rx copays, office copays.
Brook provides a Medical Concierge to full-time employees enrolled in our health insurance to help deal with the headaches that sometimes come along with managing your health care.
Mental Healthcare
As a supplement to the Medical insurance mental health coverage, Brook provides employees access to three free therapy sessions through Spring Health.
Brook has a Flexible PTO (Paid Time Off) plan. No accruals, no number of weeks limit. It is what you and your manager determine to be reasonable.
Financial wellness
Brook pays for all full-time employees to have Short & Long-Term insurance. If an employee utilizes the Short-Term Insurance, Brook supplements what is covered by the State & the Short-Term insurance so that employees are paid 100% of their salary for the duration of their Short-Term Leave up to 13 weeks.
Brook pays for all full-time employees to have life insurance of 1x their salaries up to $250,000.
Brook automatically enrolls all part and full time employees in a 401K plan with a match of 50% of your first 2% contributed.
We also offer an Emergency Savings Account (ESA). This allows you to save when saving is hard to do with a little help from Brook.
If full-time employees make a $1.00 initial contribution, Brook makes a $25.00 contribution. If there is an ongoing contribution made of $10.00 or more, Brook makes a $5.00 per paycheck contribution. The best part is that there is no limit, and no qualified expense list, what you determine to be an emergency is an emergency.
We also offer an Employee Referral Bonus. Great people refer great people. If an employee refers a candidate who is hired for an open position, Brook pays the employee $1,000.
