A leading company in sustainable WEEE recycling is looking for a hands-on Health and Safety Manager to lead and embed a robust safety culture across our Newbury operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead health & safety strategy ensuring full compliance with UK legislation, including WEEE and HSE standards
* Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
* Develop and maintain safe systems of work and COSHH compliance
* Deliver engaging training and health surveillance programmes
* Liaise with regulators and maintain up-to-date HSE policies
What We’re Looking For:
* NEBOSH Certificate or Diploma ()
* 3-5 years’ experience in health and safety management within technical, waste, or industrial sectors
* Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation including RIDDOR, PUWER, and COSHH
* Confident communicator capable of fostering a safety-first culture
