Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.\n\nDue to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Health & Safety Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.\n\nWe are looking for a Health & Safety Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.\n\nAs the Health & Safety Manager, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.\n\nThe Health & Safety Manager, will be responsible for:\n\n * Maintain QHSE documentation including risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and audit reports.\n\n * Report on QHSE performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.\n\n * Provide QHSE training tailored to M&E teams.\n\n * Foster a proactive safety culture among engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.\n\n * Assisting the Operations team in ensuring Statutory Compliance is maintained across all areas by use of the CAFM and Compliance tracker.\n\nTo be successful for this Health & Safety Manager role you must have:\n\n * NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate.\n\n * ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001\n\n * Due to the security of the site Full Client security Vetting background checks will be undertaken.\n\nIf you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this Health & Safety Manager role, and you are interested in an opportunity offering unparalleled career development, please apply now
