Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional with a strong understanding of construction environments, site practices and safety legislation?

Are you looking for a hands-on advisory role where you can influence safety culture, support project delivery, and play a key part in maintaining industry-leading standards within a specialist contractor?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected UK leader in bespoke joinery for Commercial, Residential and Specialist projects. Due to continued growth, the business is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support both HQ operations and multiple project sites across London.

\n
This market-leading interiors manufacturer delivers high-value joinery solutions to major contractors and requires a motivated H&S professional to ensure compliance, strengthen procedures, and support site teams with practical, proactive safety guidance.
\n
\n
You will take responsibility for site inspections, RAMS development, accident investigations, ISO support and communication between internal departments, subcontractors and main contractors. You will also play a key role in developing safe systems of work, implementing new initiatives, and maintaining companywide Health, Safety and Environmental standards.

Responsibilities:

- Carry out site inspections and liaise with site management on findings
- Attend H&S meetings and report observations and actions required
- Produce Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessments and Method Statements
- Review drawings and programme dates to prepare accurate installation RAMS
- Develop and introduce new safety initiatives, SSOWs and procedures
- Support accident investigations, reporting under RIDDOR
- Assist with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 management systems
