About the Role
As Health & Safety Advisor, you’ll work closely with site management teams and client H&S representatives to drive best practice and ensure full compliance across multiple sites in the region. You’ll be given the autonomy to manage your own workload while supporting senior H&S leadership within the company. The successful candidate will cover a region that runs from Newcastle down to Leeds and across to Hull and Sheffield. The majority of active sites sit in and around Leeds so most travel will be within that area.
Responsibilities
* Support site teams on all health and safety matters
* Liaise with client H&S managers and internal SHEQ colleagues
* Review safe systems of work and RAMS
* Carry out regular site inspections and produce clear reports
Qualifications
* NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum requirement)
* 12 months minimum of construction H&S experience
Required Skills
* Strong communication skills at all levels
* Confident using IT systems and producing clear written reports
* Self-motivated with strong planning and organisational ability

Pay range and compensation package
