Health and Safety Advisor - £40,000 - £43,000 + Car - Based in Leeds or Derby, covering North Midlands Region - Infrastructure - (phone number removed)\n\nWant to join a specialist subcontractor with a strong safety culture, presence, and long-term career prospects?\n\nWe’ve partnered with a leading groundworks subcontractor to appoint a Health and Safety Advisor to support their Norther Midlands region.\n\nPart of a large, well-respected infrastructure business, they’ve earned a reputation for delivering complex ground engineering and foundation solutions across both commercial and domestic sectors. The business has multiple offices across the country, so you could be based in the Midlands or the North.\n\nThis is a key role within a stable and supportive health and safety team. You’ll work closely with operational colleagues across multiple sites, providing practical support and driving a positive safety culture on the ground.\n\nWorking across Energy, Rail, Construction, or Infrastructure, this is a diverse role where no day is the same and will give you a broad exposure to many different environments, which would ideally suit a professional with some level of experience within a Construction based environment, looking for the next step in their career!\n\nWhat’s in it for you?\n \nSalary £40,000 – £43,000 \nCompany Car and Fuel Card \n25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays \n4x Salary Life Assurance \n10% Private Pension Scheme \n10% Bonus Scheme Key responsibilities of the Health and Safety Advisor include:\n \nSupporting site teams across groundworks projects with day-to-day health, safety matters.
\nConducting site inspections, audits and reporting. \nPromoting a positive safety culture through coaching and engagement. \nSupporting compliance with ISO standards and industry accreditations.
