Health & Safety Advisor\nWest Midlands | £45,000 – £50,000 + Company Vehicle | Permanent, Full-Time\nA leading construction subcontractor is seeking a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to support multiple live projects across the West Midlands. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, where you’ll play a key part in driving safety standards, supporting site teams, and helping to maintain a positive safety culture across the business.\nThe Role\n * \n Provide professional health & safety support across live construction projects\n * \n Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and reduce risks\n * \n Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and management to embed a strong safety culture\n * \n Ensure compliance with UK legislation, company policies, and industry best practice\n * \n Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions to promote safe working\n * \n Support the roll-out of HSE initiatives and continuous improvement programmes\nWhat We’re Looking For\n * \n Previous experience as a Health & Safety Advisor within the construction sector\n * \n NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) – essential\n * \n Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage teams effectively\n * \n Proactive approach with a genuine passion for health & safety improvement\n * \n Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between multiple sites\nWhat’s on Offer\n * \n Salary £45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience\n * \n Company vehicle for travel to sites\n * \n Chance to join a growing subcontractor that invests in people and progression\n * \n Supportive culture with health & safety at the core of every project\n * \n Exposure to a wide variety of construction projects to broaden your experience\nIf you’re ready to take the next step in your Health & Safety career with a business that truly values safety and development, apply today with your CV
