We’re looking for a skilled Header Welder to join our team specializing in air-cooled heat exchangers. This role focuses on welding the header sections of exchanger assemblies, requiring precise fitment, strong blueprint interpretation, and mastery of multiple welding techniques. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in joining metal components to exacting standards, with a commitment to safety, quality, and craftsmanship. You’ll be working with round cylinders, couplings, pipes, and flanges—so attention to detail and a great attitude are essential.

Job Requirements:

• ✅ Certified Code Welder
• ✅ Proficient in Root, Fill, and Cap welding techniques
• ✅ MIG and Flux Core welding experience
• ✅ Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
• ✅ Skilled in fitting and welding couplings, pipes, flanges, and other components onto round cylinders
• ✅ Capable of welding out round seams
• ✅ Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor
• ✅ Strong attention to detail and quality standards
