Head of Project Development

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Project Development to lead the development of renewable energy projects across Germany (solar, wind, BESS, etc.). You'll manage the full lifecycle from site origination to ready-to-build—leading permitting, grid, land, and stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and scale a pipeline of renewable projects

• Oversee site scouting, permitting, and grid connection

• Manage a team of project managers and external partners

• Work closely with regulatory authorities and local communities

What You Bring

• 7–10+ years in renewable energy development (wind, solar, or storage)

• Strong knowledge of German permitting & regulatory processes

• Fluentin German & English

• Proven team leadership and project execution skills
