Head of Project Controls

Responsible for the provision of Planning, Estimating, Cost Management, change control and all associated reporting to individual contracts within the UK. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Project Controls across the UK region. Support of the Continuous Improvement process both within the Company as a whole and within the Operations Excellence Function Promote Project Controls Awareness throughout the Company Identify points of vulnerability by managing interventions on projects and conducting peer and deep dive reviews Proposal And Start-up Activities Responsible for providing relevant bid responses and inputs. Client alignment sessions and presentations in support of identify and acquire activities. Initial resourcing for bids and start-up activities. CEP/PCP development. Driving system and PC blueprint implementation. Co-ordinating PBI report implementation. Provide overall assurance for project controls related items during start-up. Conduct post start-up assurance reviews.
