This is your opportunity to take full ownership of Indirect Services Procurement across Professional Services, HR & Reward, Facilities Management and Energy – delivering innovation, synergy, and measurable commercial impact across multiple European markets.

You’ll steer a £200m+ spend portfolio, leading a high-performing international team and shaping group-wide sourcing strategies that drive transformation, sustainability, and enterprise-wide value creation.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven track record across Indirect Procurement. ideally within Professional Services, HR & Reward, Corporate Services, FM or Energy categories.
• Experience operating within global or pan-European environments, managing complex stakeholder groups.
• Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management and procurement risk governance.
• Strong commercial and strategic acumen with a focus on driving measurable value.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at executive level.
• Forward-thinking leadership style – innovative, collaborative and growth-focused.
• Degree educated, with CIPS/MCIPS (or equivalent) desirable.
