We are delighted to bring this new Head of HR role to the market for one of the regions most popular, growing, and recognisable brands.
Whilst their brand following has grown enormously since they set up 12 years ago, its their people that deliver their service quality and for many the definition of their brand and values.
As their growth strategy continues with more momentum they are looking to appoint a Head of HR to work as part of the senior leadership team, reporting into the MD to enhance their HR portfolio, processes and policies.
As a business in high growth this role will suit an individual that enjoys turning from strategic long term planning to helping deliver a new employee engagement initiative or reviewing the busy onboarding process. This is a true broad generalist role with a focus on growth and the continued build of their HR foundations.
The role will potentially suit a senior BP or Manager wanting to step up into a Head of role, or a Head of still enjoying a hands on, sometimes delivery focused role.
Experience of the pace and requirements of Retail, FMCG, hospitality could be advantageous.
