Job Title: Head of ESG & Sustainability

Description:

As a Head of ESG & Sustainability you will lead the development of the company's Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) programme. The role will develop an ESG strategy, working in partnership with various teams across the company, including Marketing, Legal, and Human Resources. We are looking for someone passionate about ESG, culture creation, and sustainability, who has the commitment to deliver an internal and external programme that reflects the strengths of the company.

The role is an excellent opportunity for an ESG professional looking to make their mark on a fast-growing company within the Renewable Energy industry.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver an ESG strategy for the company, including analysis of competitor and industry-leading ESG programmes

Work closely with various teams to maximise the impact of the company's ESG efforts for both internal and external audiences

Manage the ESG budget, including adoption of third party providers to enable faster and more impactful ESG outcomes

Manage partner relationships in the ESG space

Coordinate with Marketing on our CSR report and any other relevant disclosures

Coordinate with HR and Finance on our pay gap, equal pay and self-ID studies, and any associated disclosure

Coordinate with Sustainability group and Finance on our emissions reporting process and disclosure

You will have:

Experience in being a leader, having worked in ESG or ESG-equivalent roles

Experience managing multiple stakeholders, all the way to Global Executive level, addressing competing requirements and delivering necessary compromises

A natural inclination to collaborate and build relationships internally and externally across global networks in equal measure
