Head of Engineering - Safety‑Critical Autonomy & AI Systems\n\nLocation: London (3 days per week onsite)\n Salary: Up to £90,000\n Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time\n Department: Engineering\n Reports to: CEO\n\nA high‑growth tech company working at the forefront of AI, robotics, and autonomous systems is searching for an experienced Head of Engineering to lead the development of next‑ safety‑critical technologies. This is a rare opportunity to join early, shape the engineering function, and build systems that will underpin the future of trusted autonomy.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nYou will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team delivering cutting‑edge assurance systems for AI‑driven and autonomous platforms, with an initial focus on UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems).
