We are partnering with a high-growth technology company that is focused on strengthening engineering execution as the business continues to scale.

The Head of Engineering will be responsible for leading engineering delivery, team performance, and technical execution across the organization. This leader will work closely with Product and executive leadership to ensure engineering teams are aligned, efficient, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

This role is well-suited for a senior engineering leader who enjoys being close to execution while still operating at a strategic level.

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Lead and manage engineering teams across multiple product areas
• Ensure consistent delivery, quality, and reliability of engineering output
• Partner closely with Product leadership on planning and execution
• Establish clear processes, standards, and accountability within engineering
• Hire, develop, and retain strong engineering leaders and talent
• Improve tooling, workflows, and technical operations as the company scales
• Communicate engineering progress and risks to leadership

What Were Looking For

• Prior experience as a Head of Engineering, Director of Engineering, or similar role
• Strong technical foundation and experience leading engineering teams
• Proven ability to drive execution and delivery at scale
• Experience operating in growth-stage or fast-moving environments
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Hands-on leadership style with strategic perspective
