Job Description
We are working with a global technology company with a headquarters in Cambridge, they are seeking a Head of Electronics Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.\n\nKey responsibilities will include:\n\n * Lead and develop a team of Engineers.\n\n * Oversee product roadmap.\n\n * Lead on technical oversight for product design as well as technical documentation.\n\n * Drive development of embedded software, electronics, and PCB design to the highest quality and performance standards.\n\n * Provide strategic and technical leadership for product development and optimisation.\n\n * Continually review internal resources to ensure product deliverability is achieved against timeframes.\n\nThe Successful candidate will have:\n\n * Electrical/Electronics Engineering Degree (BSc/BEng/HND) or relevant experience.\n\n * 8–10 years’ experience in engineering and manufacturing, preferably in MedTech or related industries.\n\n * Experienced with ISO13485 and IEC60601.\n\n * Proven leadership experience managing and developing electronic engineering teams.\n\n * Full product lifecycle experience from concept to commercialisation.\n\n * Hardware and software integration expertise.\n\n * Excellent communicational skills.\n\nIf this role looks like your next challenge, please contact Ben ASAP or apply via this advert!\n\nWe endeavour to reply to every candidate, every time but if you haven’t heard back within 10 days, please understand that you have unfortunately been unsuccessful for this position, or the position has been filled.
