Electrical Project Manager (Head of Electrical Projects Pathway)

Crystal Palace, South London (projects across London & the Southeast)



Salary:



£65,000 – £80,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance



We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead a £3m turnover electrical division for a long-established South London building and refurbishment contractor.



Operating across London and the Southeast, the business delivers electrical installation, compliance, and maintenance projects for housing associations, social landlords, and commercial clients.



This is a strategic leadership opportunity offering progression to Head of Electrical Projects, managing a growing team and shaping future divisional success.



The Electrical Project Manager Role



As the Electrical Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of electrical projects from pricing and procurement through to delivery and handover, reporting directly to the senior leadership team.



Key responsibilities include:



Leading commercial electrical projects across London and the Southeast.



Managing schemes valued from £50k to £2m across commercial and residential sectors.



Overseeing engineers and subcontract labour, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.



Pricing and estimating electrical works and managing project variations.



Delivering installations such as lighting upgrades, fire alarms, landlord infrastructure, and full refurbishments.



Supporting the growth and profitability of the electrical division.



The Electrical Project Manager



We’re looking for a commercially astute and motivated



Electrical Project Manager with:



Strong electrical contracting or installation background.



Experience managing electrical projects up to £2m.



Excellent commercial and operational understanding, budgets, costs, and value.



Leadership ability, managing engineers and subcontractors.



Client-facing confidence and strong communication skills.



Based in South London / commutable to Crystal Palace with full UK driving licence.
