Capstone Resource Management, Inc. is partnering with a premier custom home builder in the Bluffton/Beaufort area to identify an accomplished Head of Construction for a direct-hire opportunity. This individual will provide leadership and oversight on complex residential projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in custom home construction

• Proven ability to interpret and execute complex construction plans

• Proficiency in reviewing and understanding engineering drawings and specifications

• Structural steel experience strongly

• Demonstrated track record as a qualified custom home builder with strong project leadership capabilities

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary of $80,000 – $100,000, dependent on experience

• Full W2 employment with comprehensive benefits package

• Company-paid fuel
