Handyman Construction and Maintenance

In this role, you will perform residential and light commercial maintenance work for both a building and personal estate.  Past experience as a professional maintenance worker  and a positive attitude is .  If you are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do, we hope you will apply!
Responsibilities: 

• General facility & grounds maintenance and repairs
• Carpentry 
• Drywall
• Painting
• Misc. plumbing & electrical knowledge.
• Efficiently manage and complete scheduled daily task
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Duties may include pipe fitting, insulating, welding, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, repairing buildings, floors, or stairs, and installing new equipment. 

This position  reports directly to the facility owner.

• Full Time
• Hourly Wage  $25.00+

• Must have a valid PA driver's license 
• LOCATION:  Pittsburgh North Hills suburbs 

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience as a handyman and/or general maintenance
• Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)
• Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
• Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (30) feet with the use of a ladder, lift, or bucket truck
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs. on a consistent basis
