Job Title: Gymnasium Maintenance and Installation Technician

Position Summary:

The Gym Doctors LLC, a premier provider of gymnasium equipment maintenance and installation services, is seeking a skilled and reliable Technician to join our team. This role will focus on maintenance and installation of basketball goals and bleacher seating in gymnasiums across our service area. The ideal candidate will have experience in installation, repair, and maintenance, with a strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of basketball goals and bleacher seating in gymnasiums.
• Ensure all installations and repairs meet company quality standards and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with gymnasium equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status and timelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

• Experience in installation, repair, and maintenance is but not required.
• Own a 3/4-ton truck and possess a variety of personal tools for performing installation and maintenance tasks.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Additional Information:

• Starting Pay: $23 per hour, increasing to $25 per hour after a 90-day evaluation period
• Benefits: Vacation time available after one year of employment
