Job Description

A major German insurer is looking for a key Guidewire Tech lead / Architect to join their team. This role will be on-site in Western Germany in a hybrid format.

About the role - Requires German speaking, strong communication skills and a strong knowledge of Guidewire. Tasked with working on updating the current PolicyCenter system with new features while preparing for a move to the cloud.

Tech Lead / Architect

• Lead the technical design and development for Guidewire PolicyCenter
• Proven technical guidance and mentorship for development teams
• Oversee code quality, technical documentation, and unit testing practices
• Deep knowledge of Guidewire, in particular PolicyCenter
• Must speak German
