Guidewire Architect - Java, GOSU, Agile, Cloud, Guidewire Insurance Suite (Policy centre, Billing centres, Claim centre).


Rate: Negotiable (inside IIR35)

Location: London (5 days onsite at start)

Duration: 12 months and extendable.


Great opportunity for an experienced Guidewire Architect to join a fast-growing company to support with a global system implementation.


Responsibilities

  • Analyse existing Guidewire systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Define and recommend solutions for building systems that operate efficiently across multiple countries.
  • Design and implement single-instance or multiple-instance Guidewire systems based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of Guidewire systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay updated with the latest Guidewire technologies and industry trends.
  • Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Guidewire Technical Expert or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Guidewire Insurance Suite (Policy center, Billing center, Claim center).
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.
  • Experience with multi-country system implementations.
  • Proficiency in Java, GOSU, and other relevant programming .
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Qualifications: Guidewire certification. Experience with cloud-based Guidewire implementations.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
