Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC) Engineer to support aircraft production, manufacturing operations, and in-service aircraft. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, supporting flight control systems, and collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in aerospace or another highly regulated industry.
• 1+ year of experience using CATIA or similar 3D CAD software.
• Experience with manufacturing support, system integration, and engineering design.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience performing root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting aircraft manufacturing or production operations.
• Knowledge of flight control systems and aircraft control components.
• Experience with system architecture analysis and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
• Hands-on experience with Iron Bird testing, laboratory test equipment, and production acceptance testing.
• Experience working with airline customers and regulatory agencies.
• Knowledge of FAA certification requirements.
• Experience using engineering change and defect tracking tools such as ETAC, Azure DevOps, Jira, and PLM systems.
