GSE Engineer/ Mechanical Maintenance Engineer\n\nSlough/Heathrow \n\n£35-45k\n\nGSE Engineer/ Mechanical maintenance Engineer Required to work for a leading global provider of GSE / Equipment Maintenance at UK Airports offering the best training and development programs within the GSE industry. WE are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support the inspection, servicing, overhaul, and repair of aircraft ground support equipment (GSE) and associated tooling. (Ideally with Hydraulics experience) You will service and maintain all Ground Service Equipment both Landside and Airside.

ensuring all business units are continually supported with safe and reliable GSE that meets all local and CAA regulations.\n\nThis role is split between the workshop facility and customer sites across the UK. You will carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair activities, ensuring equipment remains safe, compliant, and operational within demanding aviation environments.\n\n Job Responsibilities\n\nPerform and show competence in preventive maintenance as per established schedules on all GSE\nRespond to out of hours maintenance requests\nProvide trouble-shooting and diagnostic assessment of faults as required\nModify and overhaul power plant, drive-train, brake, electric and hydraulic systems\nRemove or make safe unserviceable Equipment and ensure equipment is not returned to service until any faults have been properly diagnosed and repaired\nOwn and demonstrate proper use of tools, diagnostic equipmentQualifications and Competencies\n\nA good level of mechanical engineering experience as required\nAn accredited qualification in the functional area advertised is required\nAbility to be available on-call on a rotating shift basis\nPhysically fit, able to work in a manual environment and repeatedly lift up to 32kg throughout a shift.\nAble to work as a team in a fast paced environment\nPrevious experience working in an aviation environment is desired \n\nIf you have the skills and experience outlined above and would like to be considered for this position, please contact Aadhya Kapoor on (phone number removed) or send your CV to .
