Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper/Maintenance professional to join our team. This hands-on position involves operating equipment, maintaining nursery & farm grounds, caring for garden & orchard, and supporting daily operations in an outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including skid steer, tractor, mowers, and side-by-side vehicles
• Plant, weed, cut back plants, and perform general nursery maintenance
• Water plants and ensure proper care of inventory
• Assist with order fulfillment, loading customer orders into trucks, and shipping
• Feed and care for chickens
• Tend to garden/orchard
• Mow grass, bush hog, and weed eat as needed
• Perform maintenance of housing and production
• Complete everyday chores within the nursery and farm operations

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license + clean DMV/background check
• Minimum 1 year of equipment operation experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Compensation

• $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience
