Grounds worker for senior manufactured housing community. Full time. some previous landscape work history with mowers ,weed eater ,trimmer etc. a plus but will train the right applicant. Must be capable of digging , shoveling and working with gas powered equipment. Starting wage $22.50 to $24.00 hour to start depending on experience. 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year. Valid  Washington state drivers license required.
