Community Operating Solutions, a division of Zeman Homes, is looking for a full-time Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician. This position performs groundskeeping and routing maintenance needed to maintain the Folly Estates and Waterway Homes communities.

Essential Job Description

• Performs regular groundskeeping and lawn care services.
• Performs inspections of the property to identify and repair safety issues.
• Inspects and completes routine maintenance and minor repairs needed at the property.
• Cleans and maintains community buildings. Maintains vacant sites.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.  
• Strong knowledge of general carpentry, repairs, and painting.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping work.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Proficient ability to handle and use hand tools, power tools and landscaping equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions from management 
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good time management skills.
• Follows safety procedures and standards while performing duties and operating vehicles.
• Flexibility to respond to on-call emergency situations during non-business hours.  
• Basic computer proficiency with experience using Google Suite .
• A current, valid driver's license
