M-F 7:30am-4:00pmType of Position: Temporary with the possibility of extension Payrate: $17/hrJob Description:The Groundskeeper maintains property both indoors and outdoor, MOSTLY OUTDOORS; conducts routine property checks to ensure they are clean and well maintained. Assists the Maintenance Technician as needed with repairs and common area cleaning. Responsibilities:

• Sweeps
• Mops
• Scrubs
• Vacuums Common Area’s
• Empties Common Area Trash

Grounds Maintenance including:

• Mowing
• Trimming
• Weeding
• Raking
• Leaf disposal
• Watering
• Maintains all Parking Areas
• Sweeps and Blows all Landings
• Power Washes as Needed

Essential Functions:
Must be reliable and responsible to get to work on time. Must be willing to pick up garbage/trash around property1+ Year of Related Janitorial or Grounds Experience**Must be comfortable working outdoors majority of the day in all types of weather. **Worksite Comment:
