What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone with great cleaning skills, basic handyman abilities, and a positive, cheerful attitude!

Your Day-to-Day:

• Maintain clean and tidy common areas, including management offices, parks, vacant home sites, restrooms, and clubhouses.
• Handle light maintenance tasks, such as touch-up painting, replacing light bulbs, and minor repairs.
• Perform routine cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
• Keep equipment organized and ensure maintenance tools are in top condition.
