We’re seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Client Manager to lead financial operations and client relationships in a dynamic, service-driven environment. This role combines controller-level responsibilities with business development and team leadership. What You’ll Do

Oversee bookkeeping, payroll, and cash flow planning for a portfolio of clients
Review and coach team members to ensure high-quality deliverables
Meet with clients to provide financial insights and support
Manage client communications, invoicing, and collections
Lead local business development efforts and represent the brand in the community
Use modern tools (QuickBooks, Google Suite, task/time tracking software) to manage work efficiently
Contribute to internal training and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting
5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Controller-level experience
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop & Online), Microsoft Office, Google Suite
Self-directed, organized, and committed to excellence
Comfortable presenting financial data and coaching clients
