Graduate Town Planner – Central Manchester
Location: Central Manchester (Company Office)
Salary: £24,000 – £27,000
Contract: Permanent

Are you a 2024 or 2025 graduate looking to kickstart your career in town planning? Our client, a forward-thinking planning consultancy, is seeking a Graduate Town Planner to join their Manchester office. About the Role:
As a Graduate Town Planner, you will:

• ️ Assist in the preparation of planning applications, reports, and supporting documents

• Conduct research and analysis on planning policies, site constraints, and development opportunities

• Collaborate with experienced planners, architects, and other stakeholders on a variety of projects

• Gain exposure to all aspects of the planning process, from initial concept through to submission and approval

Who We’re Looking For:

• 2024 or 2025 graduates in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related discipline

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn

• ️ Strong communication and organisational skills
