About the Company
A well-established, multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy located in North London are seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The company provides a wide range of services in Cost Management and Project Management, working across both the public and private sectors.

About the Role
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with experienced Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers to support the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. You will gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle and receive structured support toward achieving RICS APC chartership.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation of tender documentation
- Supporting the delivery of cost plans and feasibility studies
- Assisting with contract administration and project reporting
- Supporting the management of project final accounts
- Gaining exposure to life cycle costing
This role offers a clear progression pathway and is ideal for a graduate with ambition to develop within a collaborative and supportive environment.
About You
- Recently completed a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (RICS-accredited )
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen to work toward chartership (APC)
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
- Some work placement or experience in a consultancy or construction environment is desirable but not essential
