Job Description

Role: Technical Administrator - Electrical/Power Systems Engineering

Location: London – UK

Salary: Up to £35,000

Role Type: Full-time


We are supporting a leading electrical infrastructure company that delivers complex high-voltage and grid connection projects across the UK. They are looking for a Technical Administrator to support their Network Operations team.


This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a similar discipline who wants to gain hands-on experience in the energy and utilities sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage project documentation, drawings, and technical records.
  • Assist with formatting, reviewing, and tracking design submissions and technical reports.
  • Support internal databases and document control systems.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate information flow.
  • Assist with compliance and QA/QC documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to engineering and delivery teams.


What We’re Looking For

  • Recent graduate in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and willing to learn technical documentation systems.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach.
  • Interest in the power sector and eagerness to develop technical expertise.
