This company is seeking a Graduate Design Engineer to join their innovative engineering team at their facility in Redditch. With a focus on professional growth, cutting-edge projects, and a supportive work environment, this role offers the perfect platform to develop your skills and make a real impact.



What You Will Do:



- Contribute to the design and development of complex mechanical assemblies and components used across a range of industrial applications.



- Manage projects through the full product lifecycle - from initial concept and prototype to production release.



- Produce detailed 3D and 2D CAD designs using PTC Creo 12 software.



- Carry out performance and feasibility calculations using in-house engineering tools.



- Work collaboratively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.



- Research new technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes to support ongoing innovation.



What You Will Bring:



- Proficiency in 3D CAD software, ideally PTC Creo, with experience in alternatives such as SolidWorks or Fusion 360 also considered.



- Strong technical communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.



- A proactive attitude, analytical thinking, and a passion for solving engineering challenges.



- Ability to meet UK security clearance requirements (e.g. Baseline Personnel Security Standard or Security Check), which typically requires  in the UK for at least 5 years and British citizenship or dual nationality.



- Eligibility to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.



- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
