With over 115 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Black-Top Paving, a division of Journey Group, is growing and seeking a safety minded Grading Equipment Operator to join our team to effectively operate a blade and other heavy equipment alongside a gravel crew. Be a part of a team that prioritizes safety, respect, and doing the right things, always.

A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires.

Qualified candidates will have:

• History of operating heavy equipment.
• Valid driver's license and evidence of insurability.
• Commercial Driver's License Required.
  • CDL Class A or B required.
  • Air Brake Endorsement .
