SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse in an accurate and timely manner. This position is also responsible for maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and supplies.Performance of building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry; electrical; heating, ventilation, and simple plumbing, etc.).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Picking, Packing and Shipping of mission critical service parts to B2B customers using barcode technology. Quality inspects, receives, and processes all good receipts from replenishment purchase orders using barcode technology. Manages logical and physical storage bin locations for service parts using warehouse management system and barcode technology. Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of shipments moving by TL/LTL Engages in performing physical inventory and cycle counting using barcode technology. Receives, processes, and distributes parcels/packages to internal team members. Maintains and supports a safe and clean work environment. Recommends and supports continuous operational improvements. Effectively communicates and engages with internal and external customers using e-mail, digital chat systems and verbal. Manages and orders all warehouse shipping and receiving supplies. Inspects buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair making notes and recommendations using a preâestablished check sheet. Performs minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement orrepair of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc.) using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools. Performs minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, trenching and laying new lines, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices, etc.). Performs minor painting, carpentry and masonry work (e.g. preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks and handles, etc.). Reconfigures, installs, positions, and remounts offices (e.g. furniture, wall panels, work surfaces, storage bins, lighting, file cabinets, etc.) to accommodate user needs and maximize office space using various hand, power and specialty tools, dollies and hand trucks. Takes trash. Checks fire extinguisher monthly. Conducts monthly safety facility check. Performs other work-related duties as assigned. Complies with the company's policies and procedures. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
