Global Procurement Sourcing Manager
Location: Canary Wharf (Hybrid – 2 days onsite / 3 days remote)
Contract: 4–5 months (potential extension)

About the Role
Join a leading global consulting organization’s Enterprise Procurement & Payables team and make an impact on a worldwide scale. As a Global Procurement Sourcing Manager, you’ll drive value creation, risk mitigation, and sustainability priorities across diverse indirect categories—Marketing, Knowledge Services, and IT.
This role goes beyond procurement. It’s about shaping strategies, building strong supplier partnerships, and delivering sustainable outcomes that align with the firm’s transformation goals. You’ll work in a highly collaborative, international environment where innovation and commercial excellence are key.
What You’ll Do
- Lead sourcing projects across the procurement lifecycle, ensuring stakeholder objectives are met.
- Develop and execute category strategies that deliver measurable business value.
- Negotiate and structure supplier agreements to optimize spend and mitigate risk.
- Partner with global stakeholders and control functions (Legal, Risk, Finance, IT) to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.
- Drive supplier performance and foster innovation through strong relationship management.

What You Bring
- A university degree (or equivalent).
- 5+ years of procurement experience, ideally in Marketing, Knowledge Services, or IT within professional services or multinational organizations.
- Proven success in multi-year sourcing strategies and transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of procurement systems and ability to influence process adoption.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
