My client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a passionate and highly organised Therapeutic Area Support Contractor to join their Global Patient Affairs (GPA) team. This role offers a unique opportunity to help activate the patient's voice and co-create meaningful insights that shape their strategies and improve patient outcomes.

Hybrid - 2 days in office in London, 3 days WFH

Your new role
As a key member of the GPA team, you will:


Own and manage the project roadmap for your therapeutic area

Lead project management for key initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors

Draft contracts and project materials using approved templates

Ensure compliance with procedures and standards

Support systems administration for project and material approvals

Document action plans, meeting minutes, and follow-ups

Communicate regularly with project teams, providing updates and managing risks


Key Initiatives Include:


Patient Experience Mapping - Curate and generate holistic patient experience data

Insights Reporting - Consolidate and analyse data using internal AI tools

Conference Preparation - Develop content for medical and patient-led congresses

Sponsorship & Partnership Contracts - Draft agreements with patient organisations

Advisory Boards - Coordinate logistics and documentation for multiple boards annually

Communications - Support GPA leadership and collaborate on comms materials


What you'll need to succeed
Experienced in medical or scientific functions, within pharma

Familiar with Rare Disease

Knowledgeable about regulatory requirements, especially around patient data and ethics

A proactive project manager with excellent communication and organisational skills
