Global Operations DirectorBased Switzerland with substantial travelFlexible Expatriate Family Packages AvailableExciting position has become available as Global Hotel Operations Director that will be based in Switzerland - The role looks after operations during the development, conception, building, & introduction phases of all new projects globally.Ideally, we are looking for Hoteliers experienced in dealing with massive volumes - Candidates must have large global portfolio exposure.About:Guide operational decisions regarding general design of projects, ensuring all logistical & financial requirements are met.Drive the development of all new venues & programming, including planning, financial review, establishing staffing par levels, development of the positioning strategy, & meeting all budget requirements.Assist with the talent selection & development of all operational groups during all stages of the project.Act as a key gateway in the specific design of all venues, including F&B, guest services, entertainment, retail areas, public areas, etc.Successful candidates:Bachelor in Business, Business Administration, Management a related field.10+ years in a Senior Leadership position & 5+ years in a leading Head office position involved with the newbuild departments & product design.A proven Project Manager with a successful track record in an international environment.Salary Package: Family relocation packageAll visas & travelGood pension schemeDiscretional bonus
