Power & Energy Business Strategy Developer

Responsible for developing and executing strategies in the ISEM's Power & Energy (P&E) business for the Energy Storage and Energy Management applications. Identify products/devices for NXP ISEM P&E opportunity in the energy management, energy storage, EV supply equipment, energy conversion and metering markets. Develop market requirements and business cases for differentiating technologies, products and solutions. Create messaging and launch projects to attract and win direct and mass market customers. Utilize understanding of the P&E market, customers, technologies, trends and needs to coordinate globally and facilitate joint business meetings across units and geographies. Support identifying key decision makers within customer executive team, engineering supply management and establish relationships in favor of NXP. Responsible for defining and developing the P&E ecosystem of customers and partners. 20% of domestic and international (Europe, Asia) travel for customer visits, trade shows, and training engineering teams required.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering, foreign equivalent or related field.

Five (5) years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in the job offered, Engineer, Support Technician, Sales Engineer or related occupations.

Position requires five (5) years of experience in:

Programming in C;

PCB design and microcontroller programming;

Technical knowledge of the semiconductor industry;

Managing opportunities in SFDC CRM Tool; and

Defining system architectures, associated block diagrams and proposing semiconductor offering.
