Global Indirect Materials Manager

Global Indirect Materials Manager – Multi-Site (UK & Europe)



Our client are seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement professional to drive savings and deliver real value across our operations in the UK, Austria, and the Netherlands.



In this role, you’ll:



* Lead sourcing and supplier management for indirect categories (CAPEX, services, MRO, maintenance).



* Work closely with Operations to deliver measurable cost savings and ensure security of supply.



* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen procurement processes.



* Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts that balance cost, quality, and service.



* Support multiple sites across Europe, with regular travel as needed.



What we’re looking for:



* Proven track record in indirect procurement with strong commercial negotiation skills.



* Experience working in a manufacturing or operations-led environment.



* Hands-on, results-driven, and comfortable managing multi-site, cross-border procurement.



* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.



* Fluent in English (German or Dutch a plus).
