We’re hiring: Global Digital Shelf & E-Commerce Performance Manager

Chippenham, Wiltshire | Hybrid (2 days onsite) | Permanent

At Alliance, a consumer healthcare organisation going through an exciting transformation and growth period, we’re building world-class digital shelf excellence across global markets, and we’re looking for a Global Digital Shelf & E-Commerce Performance Manager to lead the charge.

You’ll be the e-commerce ambassador for our brands (Hydromol, Kelocote, Amberen, Ashtons & Parsons, Nizorel, Maccushield, Forceval ....) ensuring they show up flawlessly across online retailers, turning insight into action, and shaping how we win on the digital shelf globally.

What you’ll bring

• A proven track record driving e-commerce growth, including hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon
• Experience scaling and optimising global e-commerce operations across regions (including Asia & the US)
• A visionary, digital-first mindset with strong commercial instincts
• The ability to influence, inspire and translate data into action
• A passion for building capability, embedding best practice and developing talent
