Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Glass And Glazing Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and train as needed
• Interface with project contractors, architects, engineers, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications that meets or exceeds industry standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Glass and Glazing installation / Management is required
• Familiarity with construction management software - Procore - OST (On Screen Takeoff) - GDS (Glass Estimating)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
