German speaking Senior Demand Management Specialist - IT Project Coordinator

We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for aGerman speaking Senior Demand Management Specialist - IT Project CoordinatorYour role in a nutshell: Provide overall governance of demand management, to ensure the quality of end to end demand management process. Liaise between customers and the solution groups. Act as the single point of contact until the end of the demand lifecycle. Track and push the approval of the demands and the solution of the customer requests. Investigate standard solutions and potential external solutions. Manage customer demand projects fully or partially and make status reports to the Steering Committee.What you’ll do:• Be the key interface for capturing demand requests.
