What You’ll Be Doing – Your Role with CARE

As a Geothermal HVAC Technician at AllTech Services, you’re not just maintaining systems—you’re advancing energy-efficient comfort solutions that make a lasting difference. You’ll install, service, and repair geothermal heating and cooling systems while living out our CARE values:

• Curiosity – Diagnose, repair, and optimize geothermal HVAC systems while staying current with evolving technologies, tools, and methods that improve efficiency and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC experience (geothermal experience )

• EPA Certification II or Universal (NATE but not required)

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with geothermal heat pumps and loop systems

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused mindset

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces, trenches, and on ladders
