ESP is currently seeking a Project Manager with interest and experience in geotechnical engineering to join our team in Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to continue to grow your career with a well-established firm!
Responsibilities:
- Project Management duties to include proposal preparation, managing leading and/or performing field engineering and laboratory testing, engineering analysis, report writing, consultation, invoice preparation, client contact and correspondence.
- Field exploration and soil classification
- Technical analysis and reporting
- Review of field test data
- Performing field evaluations and inspections
- Client management interaction
Position expectations include technical abilities in some or all the following:
- Shallow and deep foundation analysis
- Pavement design and analysis
- Slope stability analysis
- Interpretation of laboratory test data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration is , or the ability to obtain within 6 months of employment. If registered in other states than Texas, must have the ability to obtain reciprocity in Texas within 6 months
- 5+ years of experience is
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company’s driving (MVR) policy.
