Excellent opportunity for a Geotechnical Engineer to join a successful geo-engineering business, where you'll be overseeing key technically interesting geotechnical projects.

This company specialise in providing a range of specialist services to engineering and construction customers across a wide range of sectors including renewable energy, commercial, residential and infrastructure to name a few. Due to continual growth plans they are looking for a Geotechnical Engineer to oversee and manage interesting geotechnical projects.



In this role you'll be overseeing ground investigation tasks. This role is a mixture of site based supervising of geotechnical grounds investigations as well as office based time for analysis and project reporting. You'll be preparing sample of the investigations, attending to lab testing and as production of site data and logs of geotechnical and geoenvironmental findings.

THE ROLE:

*Overseeing ground investigation task, proposals/tenders, H&S and risk assessments

*Onsite ground investigation for clients

*Mentoring and overseeing works of junior staff

*Mixture between working on site across the South and office in Exeter



THE PERSON:

*Higher education in Geology, Environmental Sciences or Civil Engineering

*Grounds investigation experience

*Driver
